1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hb22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services made available through the hb22 website located at hb22.io and any associated subdomains or applications.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the hb22 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hb22 platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly in the event of any change. hb22 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

Account registration is free of charge. hb22 does not charge a fee for opening or maintaining an account. You are not required to make a deposit to register, but a deposit is required before any real-money gaming or betting activity can commence.

hb22 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hb22 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in, or while your credentials are in use, is your sole responsibility regardless of whether you authorised the activity.

5 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the hb22 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hb22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by hb22, though individual payment provider limits may apply.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your hb22 account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on your card issuer.

hb22 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside hb22's control. You are responsible for checking applicable fees with your payment provider prior to making a deposit.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your hb22 account are your own personal funds and that they originate from a legitimate source. hb22 maintains the right to request proof of source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering procedures. Deposits made using funds that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed subject to hb22's standard processing timelines.
• Chargeback requests initiated with your bank or card issuer without first contacting hb22 support constitute a breach of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your hb22 account balance are available to all fully verified accounts. To complete account verification, you must provide a valid government-issued identity document and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. hb22 aims to complete the verification process within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. In exceptional circumstances — such as during major cricket tournament periods or scheduled system maintenance — processing may take up to 4 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hb22 platform and constitute serious breaches of these Terms. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one registered account on the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers, welcome bonuses, or reload bonuses through coordinated wagering patterns, multiple accounts, or other manipulative techniques designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hb22 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of hb22.

12 Limitation of Liability

hb22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

15 Governing Law

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.
